The quest of Palestinian Refugees and their right to return home has been recognized in international law and U.N resolution No.(194 ) -issued on 11 December 1948.

Returning home is not the only demand for Palestinian Refugees, they have the right to obtain full reparation and financial compensation for their losses resulting from expulsion and displacement.

Israel has to abide by international law and U.N resolution No.194 and recognize its responsibility of the refugees issue, and let them as individuals decide the option they prefer without imposing any choice as stated in U.N Resolution 194.( See the text of the Resolution )
