The council works through modern mechanisms for legislating and enacting laws, whereas the bill (Draft Law) passes through three readings, as well as for general discussion.
The budget law will be approved through a special session held for this purpose
Legislative procedure and administrative procedure will be according to the rules of procedure of the Palestinian Legislative Council .
