Secretary General Position:
In 2005, the decision No. 10/1/828 was adopted by the council calling for the separation between administrative and executive level subsequent to the recommendation made by Reform and Development Committee.
Based on the aforementioned decision the position of the Secretary General was created as the first step of the development process.
